The house is adorable - beautifully renovated with all you need (swimming pool, kitchen equipment, pool table, etc). The location is great, directly at the sea-side with hardly any other people, for which it felt like a private beach. Also a nice walk along the shore to Granville. We would definitely recommend this place!

We had an amazing stay at this vacation home in Normandy! The location is perfect. It's in a quiet neighborhood, nestled in a lively city filled with great restaurants, shops, and just a short drive from beautiful beaches. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the house and its amenities, making us feel right at home. The house itself is impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and exudes luxury. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, and it truly felt like home from the moment we walked in. The amenities are top-notch, with a sauna, hot tub, and pool that were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The whole family had a fantastic time, and these little extras really made our stay special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! If you’re considering a stay in the area, this place comes highly recommended. It truly exceeded our expectations!

We had a great time with the family. Stephan welcomed us very warmly with a great island meal. Very large, and spacious accommodation, it offers a lot of activities, billiards / foosball / barbecue..... The jaccouzi is a big plus. I highly recommend!!:)

We had a lovely stay. The place is peaceful! The cottage is very nice, very clean, and the bedding is good quality. The garden is lovely! and the kids were able to enjoy the pool.

Everything was wonderful, we really appreciated the tranquility and the animals, especially Kimi who visited us several times I recommend shopping and cooking directly there as there are no restaurants nearby, the kitchen is really well stocked and in the outdoor space there is also a private grill already equipped with what you need to light the fire.

The space is even more beautiful in real life than in the photo. I recommend taking the time to stroll around the place, enjoying the terrace, the woods and the pond. The proximity to remarkable sites is appreciable. Nathalie's tips, especially for restaurants, were helpful to us. Special touches: bouquet of flowers, filled basket, personalized note, champagne glasses at the spa were particularly appreciated. I highly recommend this beautiful accommodation 🤩

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. Superb little house in an ideal location, very well equipped and comfortable bedding, we particularly appreciated the enclosed garden which was ideal for letting our 2-year-old play in complete serenity, the sea is at the end of the street with access to go down to the beach, the best!

Very spacious and comfortable house for a pleasant stay with friends and family! An effort has been made to decorate the house on the entire ground floor, and it is very pleasant! The floor is still left in its original state for now, but the house is clean. The dormitory is amazing for children! The bedrooms are huge with comfortable beds and 2 beds of 160! The kitchen, living room and dining room are also spacious. A pleasant veranda...in short, we don't step on each other! The house is on the edge of a busy road, but it didn't bother us, as long as the windows are closed. The garden is small compared to the size of the house. But the beach is a 5-minute walk. It would be nice to provide a larger fridge or add one because it is really ridiculous given the number of people accepted. In any case, I recommend this rental where we had a lovely weekend with friends!

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we immediately felt at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even with less weather, it is a super cozy house. We enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

What a nice time we had here. After a hectic and busy time, we were ready for some rest. We got that here. Very nice house with a nice terrace and furniture and wonderfully private. I highly recommend this cottage for a wonderful quiet stay. Wiljlhelmine has been a superhost for us.

The house is very cute and fashionably designed. Perfect for 2 people. And the location is great. We were there for a couple of days and went for a beautiful hike by the coast. Another day we went to le Mont Saint-Michel.

We had a very quiet and restful 2 night stay in the gite. It was in very tranquil surroundings and perfect if you want to get away from it all, but be within distance of the coast and other attractions. The accommodation was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Claire and her family were extremely friendly and helpful and very proactive in asking if we needed any help & reaching out to offer advice about the locality, etc. We would definitely like to return next time we are in the area.

Very large renovated house, very bright and very spacious, very easy parking for several cars, sea access 300m away, only small downside, the exteriors are not finished, a beautiful terrace and the perimeter of the house are missing, but for the price offered, it remains a detail. We recommend Nadine's accommodation in Jullouville.

House with lots of charm, tastefully decorated and arranged and very well stocked especially for cooking. Very quiet location and close to the sea and hiking trails.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and a good base for exploring St. Malo or Dinan. We rode our bikes from the apartment to Mont Saint Michel. The bike path leads through the fields and forests and along the river. We highly recommend the apartment.
