Functional and clean accommodation with parking in a peaceful town at the gates of Toulouse; 15-minute walk to metro (Ramonville), shorter time with a bus connection. Parking is free, and there are plenty of places nearby. Nearby shops: bakery, Intermarché, Action, not to mention a pleasant market on Wednesdays and Saturdays with local producers. Enjoyed our stay at this home. We recommend it.

Nicolas is a really nice host, he was responsive when I had to contact him and gave me good advice. He has an apartment that matches the description and is very clean and very well maintained. It is located in a quiet place and for CrossFit enthusiasts I recommend it because you are 5 minutes from the gym. I would highly recommend 🤙🏽

The apartment, even though it has no air conditioning despite the 39°C heat, remained very cool and pleasant. The location is incredible, quiet, with a magnificent view of the garden where you can hear birdsong. Self check-in was simple and convenient. A true haven of peace!

The apartment is excellent! It has all the amenities for a great stay! The location is also very good! They offer a parking space, which is a great advantage! And you can access the center of Toulouse on foot. Clement and Gerard were excellent hosts. They made our check-in more flexible due to a need, and were quick and kind in the exchange of messages. This was our final pit stop before jetting off to Canada — and what a charming send-off it was! We stayed with our two toddlers under 2. Amina welcomed us with a lot of warmth. The place? Adorably decorated with such attention to detail, even the bathroom had us saying “wow” ! We didn’t get to dive into the pool (late arrival + little explorers in tow), but we took Amina’s stellar recommendations and had a lovely wander through Toulouse instead. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided — from comfy touches to kid-friendly vibes — and it made all the difference. If you’re traveling with little ones (or just want a cozy, well-curated place with a fantastic host), this spot is a gem. Merci, Amina — highly recommend!

Mina is a very welcoming professional, very accommodating and flexible in terms of schedules (check-in and check-out), available, responsive and gave us some great practical tips during our stay, for parking and getting around. Its well-located accommodation allows you to park the car and visit the city center with peace of mind. Beautiful surroundings on the banks of the Garonne. I would recommend his accommodation in a second.

Natalyas apartment was perfect for our long weekend away. The location was beautiful with view of the fountain and local shops and metro line near by. Natalya was great with communication and very helpful when discussing check in times and information. Charming little flat in the heart of Toulouse! Me and my friend stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the central location, the view of an old church and to be able to have breakfast and some simple meals at home. Very quiet at night as well!

The apartment is extremely clean and well arranged, the storage is numerous and practical. The decoration is quality and the accommodation smells very good! Stéphanie is a very accommodating and understanding host. I would recommend this accommodation which is well suited to a small family or friends (and special mention to the turtledoves that come to rest on the balcony, the icing on the cake of the living room!)

Highly recommend this Airbnb. I was travelling alone and felt very safe. The apartment is unique but felt comfortable and cozy, I felt right at home. Both living room and bedroom has AC units, which I really appreciated. It was very clean, and the listing and pictures were true to what I saw. It was centrally located; even though there were many access points for public transportation, I never had to use them and was able to walk to many points of interest. Pharmacies, boulangeries, convenience stores, top restaurants were all close by. Communication with Jeanne was easy, she was quick with replying. She was also very kind and understanding with my arrival time, as I was delayed multiple times with my arrival. I felt very satisfied with choosing this place to stay, and I would definitely book again!

We spent a week in the apartment located in a very quiet and pleasant residence. The apartment is as described and very clean. In addition, a wooded environment with beautiful walks with our dog. Tiphen is a very friendly host, attentive and very responsive in case of small problems. We'll be happy to go back and recommend this listing.

The accommodation is of amazing quality, beautiful and very well thought out for a couple's getaway, we had a great time with my spouse. The accommodation as well as the bedding are clean. The bed is very large, the jacuzzi in excellent condition and warm, the big plus the speakers on the wall made us enjoy an exceptional moment as a couple. We had a great time. Thank you ;)

A perfect place to enjoy the center of Toulouse. The apartment is located in the heart of the center, but its location on a small street and on the rooftops make it a very quiet place. Comfortable and well-equipped, with of course the very pleasant spa bath as a bonus.

Very nice apartment and patio! Valérie prepares small touches for us on our arrival, it's very pleasant (cool water, tea, coffee available, all the kitchen essentials to make food). Not to mention the luxury of the soft bathrobes, and the dream bedding!!
