Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Saint-Nazaire-d'Aude

The villa is on the edge of Somail, very very quiet place 3min from the Canal du Midi. The villa is amazing! It looked even smaller in the photos while there is a very large volume. Well arranged with a separation between the sleeping area of the 4 bedrooms (which each have their own bathroom/wc) and the living room. All rooms have AC. The outdoor area with a pool is great. No opposite and the pool is sunny almost all day! (That's cleaned 2 times a week) We were lucky to have had no mosquitoes too while a little further, there were a lot closer to the Canal du Midi. Lily and her mother who hosted us were nice, helpful and very responsive. If we really had to make a complaint, but it's the only one. The BBQ grills were dirty when we arrived and we were unable to remove all the dirt. I recommend 100%!! It was a great time with the family!

An old house of great character with comfortable sitting room and well-equipped but old style farm kitchen. The shaded terrace was excellent for meals outside and the patio in front of the living room’s French doors was great for breakfast in the sun. The setting and scenery are absolutely beautiful and it is possible to do great walks right from the door. Our dog, Jim, was in his element. The house is well located for numerous walks including the Gorges d’Heric and circuits above Olargues and Saint Pons de Thomiere. A car is essential. There is no local shopping but there are supermarkets in Bedarieux and Saint Pons, not too far away. We enjoyed the restaurant ‘le lézard bleu which is close by in Vieussan. Lydia is a very friendly, welcoming and helpful host. An excellent stay we hope to return.

the accommodation was perfect. I highly recommend it for the hospitality and proximity to Spain. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the pool because our stay was short but in any case everything was perfect for our small family with a child and a German shepherd dog

From the moment I booked Celine was so helpful with messaging before arrival. When we did arrive her wonderful warm welcome was so lovely to experience after a long journey. She was so kind and made sure that we knew if we needed anything she would be there, and she was. So helpful, so kind. The venue was so peaceful and the views so stunning. We immediately felt at home in Paule's small house. It is so lovingly and high-quality restored and the amenities are great. Unfortunately, we had to move on after three days. But we'll definitely come back and stay longer.

We had a great time at Catherine and Joël's! Their hosting was very warm, they are available and very friendly while remaining discreet. It felt like home:) The accommodation is very clean, well decorated and we found everything we needed. The air conditioning and pool are real pluses! This accommodation is also very well located, both for nearby shops and for visiting the area. Go without hesitating! Thank you again Catherine and Joël for this great stay!

The property is huge, very peaceful. The kitchen has got a lot of utensils and crockery. Bathrooms are big, clean and modern (water pressure could be better though). The location is great, a few minutes walk to local amenities (bakery, supermarket, restaurants). we really enjoyed our stay there and would gladly come back. The heated pool was appreciated. The barbecue is great.

Looks exactly like the photos and super convenient to town. The city center, many restaurants and Les Halles are all walkable making this a great choice for exploring Narbonne. AC and WiFi worked very well and the parking spot is assigned to the unit, so no searching! If you’re driving a car larger than a standard European-size car, the spot may be a bit tight but I had no issue with my rental car. Thank you Karyne for being a responsive, proactive host too!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, right in the city center with everything within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and Sylvie was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We were delighted to stay at Martine's place which is very friendly and very accommodating. The accommodation is very comfortable, very clean, well arranged and decorated. There's nothing missing. We stayed there as part of our bike route on the Canal du Midi and appreciated the proximity to the accommodation and the canal, enjoying a place where we were able to rest well and walk around Roubia very pretty village, quiet, pleasant with a restaurant bar grocery store where we ate very well. Very close to the property, after a day of cycling, it's appreciated! A big thank you to Martine for allowing us to make a nice stop at her place.

A lovely apartment in a quaint village, with a friendly and responsive host. Perfect if you're attending a wedding at the nearby chateau as I was. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area!

My wife and I stayed in this apartment recently for three nights. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Check in and out was straight forward using keypad facilities for both the building door and apartment door. The apartment is located on a quiet street, however our first night coincided with a musical event so not as quiet as envisaged. It is very modern, clean, well equipped and its a short walk to the castle. We would certainly recommend it for a short stay in Carcassonne.

Apartment as advertised and described. Very nice bedding. Rather quiet neighborhood, a little out of the way. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. Parking is secure. Check-in instructions are clear and accurate. Pierre Marie is welcoming, available and responsive. Listing worth recommending!
