Small vacation home with lots of character built in 2014 on a pleasant wooded plot 300 m from the beach and 400 m from the village with all amenities. Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).

This 150+ sq. meters house is surrounded by nature and located between the sea and the salt marshes. It is an architect's house built with a timber frame and concrete base in 2003. It is modern, spacious and functional. With plenty of windows, it stays bright and makes you feel outside throughout the seasons. Whatever the weather is you will recharge there as it the perfect place to rest or look at nature and birds.

Ideally located, the bay of La Baule, the port of Le Pouliguen and the ramparts of Guérande are only 2 kilometers away. The village of Saillé has two renowned restaurants, a newsstand and a bread depot.
