Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et à proximité du centre ville d'Agen en 10min à pied en empruntant la passerelle et à 5min du pont canal. Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

For a tourist stay, work, or a travel stop, this home is in a great location. 10kms from Lectoure. 25 minutes from Agen. 30 mins to Walygator Sud-ouest Park. The apartment is on the first floor (staircase) in a quiet area. Several parking lots a few meters away. Linens and towels are provided, as well as dish towels. 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a 140 bed. An excellent restaurant and bakery are just a stone's throw away in the village.

Patrice gave us a great welcome, very interesting and warm exchange. The house is beautiful and furnished with great taste and finesse. The amenities are of quality and suitable, everything has been thought of so you won't be lacking in anything. A favorite for the view from the living room.... Very pleasant stay at Sophie's despite bad weather. The place is very beautiful and well maintained, a real Noah's arch. Our only comment would be to specify that the room in which the second kitchen is located is attached to the guest house but does not have direct access to the guest house, so you have to leave the house to get to this room. Its proximity to the pool is still a charming room! For the rest, the accommodation is tastefully decorated and is very well equipped. Sophie was very friendly and gave good advice. We had the chance to taste its lemon drizzle, a lemon cake with the typical British recipe, like Sophie. One of the best we've tasted so far! We will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.
