The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. Light open plan living in central St Merryn.

Faraway is what it says. It feels like you are away from everyone but still only a 5 minute stroll from St Merryn with its convenience store,bakery,3 restaurants,wine bar,traditional pub,tea rooms and Rick Stein's Cornish Arms. Newquay is 8 miles south and Newquay Airport only about 6 miles. The coastal path links all the way from Padstow to Newquay past our 7 local beaches. All the beaches offer great surf potential in particular conditions and there is great fishing from the rocks or beaches

This wonderful 3 bed terrace house has a sunny light south westerly aspect to the front of the property. Ideally located, a little over a mile away from the beautiful Constantine Bay, 3 miles from Padstow and 5 miles from Watergate Bay. A bakery, newsagent, shop and pub less than 5 minute walk away. A fantastic area for walking in beautiful North Coast scenery, surfing in the many bays, as well as restaurants to suit all wallets and tastes.
