Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. Sandra was a fantastic host greeting us by producing lovely meat, cheese, wine and beer in the bar area. She was contactable throughout our stay and has been helpful sorting out something for me since we left. The property is amazing with 5 bedrooms and several bathrooms/WCs. We used the pool and hot tub every day along with the games room containing a pool table and bar with a fridge and dishwasher. The rear garden is huge and the is a petanque court and table tennis table. There is generous outside space to eat (there were 9 of us) helped by a good sized gas bbq. The kitchen has loads of space with many of the cupboards full of items to be used. The nearest supermarkets (Intermarche & Carrefour) are both a few minutes drive with Carrefour offering low costs fuel. It is a relatively short drive to Bayonne which is a lovely town astride a river with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops with pretty good car parks available. Overall a lovely villa with a fantastic host.

We had a great time at Lénaïc's! The accommodation is really nice, tastefully decorated, very well-equipped, and great location: we did everything by bike, it was great.
