Superb house facing the Ardèche and its supervised beach, close to the center and its shops . This house composed of a swimming pool that will allow you to fully enjoy the Ardèche sun ( accessible from May). A 80-m² accommodation with a very bright veranda where you can gather to enjoy the typical products of this unique region. A master suite of 55 m2 with terrace allowing you to admire the city of Aigueze which overlooks the river and 4 bedrooms.

Studio in the center of the village of Saint Martin d'Ardèche, all comforts and fully equipped, located 100 m walk from the beach. Close to all amenities (restaurants, shops, bakeries, activities, etc.). The studio has independent access, our guests have the possibility to have an inflatable paddle for walks along the Ardèche free of charge (do not hesitate to ask) as well as coffee. In addition, pets are allowed. Open year-round!!

The silence and calm necessary for complete rejuvenation await you, while being at the gates of Vallon Pont d'Arc, Villeneuve de Berg and all the activities offered by the Ardèche tourist sites.

Enjoy a rather quiet home in the center of the village. A living room where there is also a double bed, bathroom with toilet. Kitchen with microwave, electric stove and cooking utensils. The accommodation is a five-minute walk from the beach, close to shops (restaurants, lively, butcher, bakery, etc...). Activities are possible in nearby towns such as canyoning, hiking, canoeing down the gorges, visiting caves, tree climbing...

Located in the heart of the village. Thanks to this location you can enjoy the beach and shops on foot. In a property consisting of 4 identical cottages, each with its own private terrace as well as a free and secure parking space, the cottages also have a shared pool, a shared summer kitchen and a shared Jacuzzi. For all the cottages, a luggage storage service will be available. Linens and cleaning are included in the rental.

The 100 m2 independent design loft opens onto a large living space consisting of a living room, open kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and a mezzanine upstairs.
