Small house in a residence with pool

It is a small semi-detached house, located a 10-minute walk from the village of St Martin d'Ardèche and the river, in the Roches Verte residence. The parking space is about 60 m from the cottage. This one has a small enclosed terrace, with garden furniture and a barbecue. Well-behaved pets are welcome, but no more than one per stay and a security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival if you have a pet (returned no later than 1 week after). Air conditioning and WiFi access.

The studio has independent access, our guests have the possibility to have an inflatable paddle for walks along the Ardèche free of charge (do not hesitate to ask) as well as coffee. In addition, pets are allowed. Open year-round!!
