Il est situé sur l'une des plus belles plages de France (Le Sillon) à seulement 300 mètres de Intra-Muros et de toutes les commodités (restaurants, bars, magasins,...). C'est un appartement traversant très lumineux sans vis à vis au 5ème étage avec ascenseur. L'appartement est de type F2 et il fait environ 50m². Pour la plage il ne faudra que traverser la rue...
