Nice place right on the beach and near restaurants. Provided a pack and play for our toddler. Note two showers (no tub) but one toilet.

fantastic stay with stunning views! Jeanne is very responsive, it's a shame that her service provider, very friendly, offers sheets and linen for a fee that are not up to par (a very thin towel for a week!). We'll be happy to go back, but with our own laundry!

This is the second time we have stayed here. It was an ideal location for when we arrived in St Malo on a late ferry and had to leave on an early ferry. It's a lovely little apartment and we were very comfortable, like coming back to our home from home.

We spent nearly a week in Saint-Malo and had a wonderful time. Sophie greeted us on arrival and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. It was our first holiday with our 4 month old and the apartment was perfect for families. There was a cot, a changing mat and lots of toys! The kitchen was well stocked with ingredients and equipment which meant that we could enjoy our evenings at home admiring the beautiful sea view. The beach is just a few steps down from the street and there are plenty of amazing restaurants around. It’s the perfect location and we will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at Virginie's, the beach 50m walk is a real asset and offers a beautiful view. The apartment is very well-equipped.

I'll go back to David's on my next visit. The apartment was spotless, the cleaning is not done in a hurry, and there is everything you need to cook. I had good quiet nights in a bed (BZ sofa) with a good quality mattress. Much appreciated watching the gulls that come near the window and land or communicate with each other from time to time :). The WiFi is excellent for remote working. The TV box allows you to have live or replay channels, a big plus for the holidays. You can't get any closer to the sea, just cross the street and take an alley for 30 m :). I highly recommend this studio whose owner is really kind and very helpful, very responsive. It's nice to see someone take care of their tenants.

Beautiful cottage, with beautiful garden, next to the church, in the middle of Saint Suliac. Everything we needed was present, we enjoyed the tranquility. Saint Suliac is beautiful, there was a supermarket and a bakery nearby. There were also several restaurants within walking distance. The creperie around the corner is highly recommended

Very good stay in St Malo. Fabienne and Jean François were very friendly. Very helpful and very responsive. There was nothing missing in the accommodation. Recommended + + +++. We will go back to visit the rest of the area👍😁.

Excellent stay with family in Servane's house, who is a very kind and responsive host. The house is in every way faithful to the photos and description and located in a quiet and peaceful environment. The 2 sheep in the garden delighted the children. ☺️

Virginie is an available and attentive host The accommodation is as described and the place is really peaceful The only small downside is the lack of air conditioning in case of high heat, especially in the veranda part, but the view of Mont Saint Michel makes us forget the heat! We will definitely come back to discover a little more of the region.

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a little conversation. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful heath. The coast is amazing! The swimming pool, finally, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a little sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). We loved our stay here. It was so charming. Helene’s parents went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. From cookies and local cider at arrival to fresh pastries before we left on our drive into Paris, they were warm and helpful. The house had everything we needed and more to feel comfortable..We were so happy to have met this lovely family and stay in their guest home. We would definitely love to visit again.

Nice, clean place in a good location. Only issue was during check-in. The host outsources the key drop off and pick-up to a separate person. They were 45min late to the check-in/key drop off. Check-out/key pick up was spot on time.

We had a great time in Erquy in Pascale's beautiful apartment. The apartment was perfectly equipped, clean, comfortable, and absolutely nothing was missing. (apart from WiFi, however my partner and I did not need it) — Pascale even thought of different small touches beyond the necessary. She was very responsive, warm and caring, even taking the time to write to us to make sure we arrived safely. Thank you so much for the great hospitality! My partner and I highly recommend them. Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. The apartment is comfortable and practical and very well-equipped. It is in a well-maintained residence. We loved being a 7-minute walk from 2 very beautiful small beaches. Also very convenient for visiting Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

Very nice apartment with a great view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we'll be back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the box is very convenient. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.

Beautiful apartment located a stone's throw from the beach for beautiful walks and not far from the city center. We did everything on foot. There are all the amenities available for babies. Marie Claire made herself available for the key exchange despite our train delay!

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental car to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The place was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment, very clean and spacious and is extremely well equipped and beautifullly decorated. Clément was fabulous. We couldn't find the apartment and he walked down in roasting sunshine, to meet us! He gave us a tour of the apartment and explained about the area. The wrap around balcony is perfect for views of Dinard and St Malo, it's very tranquil and relaxing.
