Very nice house for a base to visit Cotentin

We were very pleasantly surprised, the accommodation is well renovated, super functional, spacious. The bedding is very comfortable, the bathroom large and pleasant. The children's floor with the foosball, the play area and the bedroom. Our kids loved it! Come on, just to find negative points to be completely transparent: * Access to the accommodation is via a large staircase, not very practical * The toilets are really tiny and with the door that opens in the wrong direction (inwards), which further reduces access (On the other hand, really practical suspended toilets) * Limited window shading. You wake up very quickly with the daylight, not great for those who want to sleep in. * When it's hot outside, the floor is stuffy when you go up (under the roofs) These points should not put you off. I rent accommodation very often (on Booking), this is one of the best "value for money" we have experienced...

We loved our stay in this cozy, well decorated and impeccably clean house. The view is beautiful and the peaceful and quiet environment is conducive to rest and relaxation. Thank you for your trust, we treasure your address!

We had a great weekend in the tinys, a very relaxing place with sea views. The tinys are super clean and tastefully decorated, everything is thought of for the arrival of the tenants with small basic necessities (coffee, salt, pepper, vinaigrette....), as for Vanessa, a very professional person and super attentive to the tenants to feel at home.
