Although joined to the main house, it is self-contained, with its own private entrance, terrace and garden. This beautiful and characterful gîte has shared use of the luxury 10 X 5m swimming pool and 1.5 hectares of grounds. 50 mins from Toulouse, an hour to the Pyrenees and 75 mins to the nearest skiing.

Albi is 40 minutes away (Unesco World Heritage Cathedral) 1 hour from the city of Carcassonne, Revel and its market and the St Férréol basin.

In the heart of Astarac on the Gers hills, renovated mill that can accommodate 2 people. Very quiet environment with unobstructed views of the countryside and Pyrenees in clear weather. 10 minutes from the Saramon recreation center (swimming lake, games) 20 minutes from AUCH. Numerous hiking and biking trails. The mill is located at the rear of the renovated farmhouse near the outbuildings with separate access. Limited access to the owners' pool, schedules to be defined together.

The estate is located 30 minutes from Saint Gaudens, 1 hour from Toulouse, Tarbes and Auch. The city of Lourdes and La Mongie ski resort are 1.5 hours each. You will have direct access to a private swimming pool as well as a terrace for your aperitifs/barbecue.
