We had a lovely stay, apartment as pictured, clean, the host is nice and available. The only downside for the towels and sheets that smelled of wet linens.

Perfect home from home. Extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly want. Great hosts. Location is superb. Beds very comfortable, shower great and useful to have two toilets. Only word of warning, stairs are difficult to navigate and not suitable if you have mobility problems

The location allows you to walk because it's close to the Palace and the beach. Licia had good tips for our arrival and recommended restaurants. We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

Super accommodation located in the heart of Cabourg on a street offering many restaurants/bakeries and specialties. The studio is super beautiful, renovated, modern and very clean, super nice. I would highly recommend it, the hospitality was warm and efficient.

Very nice and large apartment 2 steps from the city center and with a beautiful view of it. The dishwasher is not working well (which may explain the dishes not being clean). For the rest, everything was great. On-site parking is very useful but it's a shame that it's so narrow and that other poorly parked residents hinder maneuvers (which are numerous and difficult).
