Beautiful house in a very peaceful hamlet, ideal for a family weekend. Very available and pleasant host. Ideal for discovering Aubusson and its surroundings. We would highly recommend it.

Coming from Saint Junien, do not follow the GPS instructions; it is better to pass the islet of Martegoutte by 150 meters, and access by the next road, which allows you to go around the hamlet, clockwise. Prefer Google Maps to Waze to find your way around the hamlet.

Thank you so much for Lorraine's hospitality and responsiveness. The heating was insufficient when we arrived and Lorraine immediately brought us extra radiators. When we arrived, a welcome basket was waiting for us, including delicious cakes. If we return to Bourganeuf, we would not hesitate to rent the house again.

We chose Janine and Mario’s cottage for our 4 week stay as we didn’t know the area and thought we’d like to try Limousin. We chose Janailhac only because it has a depot de pain and a small bar restaurant (both very welcoming)! In reality it far exceeded our hopes. Janine and Mario are great, friendly, kind and supportive hosts who are determined to give their visitors the best possible stay. They provided lots of helpful information about the many interesting and historic villages and restaurants and markets largely within a 25 mile radius so plenty of places to visit. Janailhac is a tiny, pretty, friendly farming village of beautiful rolling fields (and a SuperU at 4 miles). Quiet nights and clean air meant we slept better than in years. The cottage is large and comfortable with a pellet boiler heating system so we were never chilly plus a large open fire place and 2 great hot showers. Well stocked for children with toys, high chair, cot and even a buggy. Highly recommended!

In Limoges for a professional weekend, I enjoyed being able to rest in a very clean, functional and very quiet apartment. We had a great weekend hiking with friends. The Millevaches plateau is a beautiful place and many hikes are possible. The accommodation is spacious, clean and the key box allows for a free arrival. The apartment is very well located for hiking departures, in a peaceful and isolated village (no shops). Ideal for a quiet stay, away from everything! We did not meet Sarah, but she was very responsive to messages and attentive. I recommend it!

A great location- easy to get to anywhere in town but also out of town. The apartment works out well as a businesses trip & vacation accommodation. I stayed for a week and it truly felt like a comfortable "home away from home". Free parking right in front of the apartment helps a lot.

Great hosting by Adeline, the listing was as described. We came to enjoy the nearby bike park and the location was great. Big plus for bikes: the covered barn to store and take care of bikes. We will come back without hesitation!

Paula’s place was just what we needed. It was private and peaceful, clean and warm enough. Close to couple of restaurants and a town with all amenities. Paula was friendly and very responsive. We had everything we needed to make dinner apart from salt. Would definitely say it was great value for money.
