It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140x190) and the other a double bed (140x190) +a single bed (90x190) on the mezzanine to accommodate up to 5 people. About 30 km from the Magny-cours circuit, costume museum (03), spa(71), Le Pal amusement park and about 50 km from the lakes of the settons and pannecière.

Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Mine museum 15 km away, municipal swimming pool 1.5 km away, all shops. Walk in the forest, fishing. Non-smoking, walk along the Loire, Wi-Fi. Great place to play pétanque, no washing machine. For 2 adults or a couple and two children. No pets.

On the banks of the Nivernais Canal.

Come and relax in a nice 70 m2 bright apartment, 2 bedrooms, shower room, large living room with open kitchen and balcony on the edge of the Nivernais Canal and close to the Morvan. Close to shops, water sports stadium, swimming pool, mini-golf, cinema and canoe kayak club. Access to the accommodation will be from the canal side and not from the main street.
