Our beautifully restored large five bedroom 12th century mas, will meet all your requirements of a historic but modern home away from home whilst still giving you a real 'French Mas' experience. With vaulted ceilings, exposed stone walls, modern kitchen, alfresco dining space, swimming pool and easy access to the medieval town of Montpellier. Ideally located between Montpellier and Nîmes and 12 km from the beaches, in an authentic 15th century Languedoc Mas (the Mas de Cadoule), you will find an atypical living environment with many amenities offered (Jacuzzi, children's playground, large swimming pool, pergolas, deckchairs, hammocks, boules court, barbecue, etc.). The Maison de Papic is the manor house of the Mas. We renovated it in 2008 and then 2020 into a very nice and spacious vacation home.

Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.
