A loft in 5 areas: night (180 bed), living room with Apple TV, iTunes, Netflix, library, kitchen-dining room and shower room with toilet, washer/dryer. Great for a couple!

Independent studio

A little paradise right in the center of the village of Linxe! Forest all around, ocean 10 minutes away, shops on site, beautiful life in perspective :) The independent studio is located in the outbuilding of the house and includes a bathroom with toilet and sink. The kitchen is to be shared with me and is located in the main house (fridge in the studio). Shared access also to the covered terrace called Chill zone with electricity and sofa. And bring your musical instruments🎵😉!

The proximity to the river and the forest offers beautiful prospects for walks. You can also do your shopping and enjoy the many restaurants in the resort without taking a car.

Lake Edge – 100 m from the lake – The canopy

Special attention has been paid to the decoration which provides a feeling of well-being and appeasement. Guests can enjoy a private boulodrome in a wooded area. From the bike path you will have access to bike rentals, tree courses, water activities and restaurants within 500m. Biscarrosse-plage is 17km away.

Nice house in the very center. Shops in the city center, market square and supermarket, are two minutes walk away as well as the Lake by bike path. Its large shaded terrace, hidden by greenery will be appreciated during summer evenings. As for the cool winter days, a warm living room with a stove, plush armchair and a good book will satisfy you Our kitchen is fully equipped, and busy with basics to simplify your stay.
