Notre maison est en bois, à la lisière d'une forêt de pin. La grande salle principale de 80 m2 s' ouvre sur une magnifique terrasse arborant une grande piscine chauffée (mise en service en mai). Un studio totalement équipé ainsi qu'une chambre indépendante complètent les trois belles chambres de la maison principale. C'est l'endroit idéal pour apprécier les plages océanes (15 min en voiture), les bords de lacs (15 min en vélo) et les ballades en forêt à pied comme à vélo à côté de la maison.

Maison familiale de 100 m2, située en plein centre de Contis, à 200 mètres de la plage et à proximité immédiate de toutes les commodités (restaurants, boulangerie, épicerie, boucherie, poissonnerie, etc), permettant de tout faire à pied ! Entièrement rénovée en 2024, elle offre de beaux espaces de vie adaptés aux familles. Avec son jardin en sable clôturé et sa douche extérieure, tout est fait pour se sentir comme chez soi (livres, jeux de sociétés, jeux de plage, piscine gonflable enfants).

Le charme de l'ancien conjugué à la performance énergétique. Vous testerez les toilettes sèches!

Nous sommes un couple franco-britannique, natifs du sud-ouest et de Windsor, et serons ravis de vous accueillir au sein de notre chaleureuse villa Del Playa, nichée en bordure du golf de Moliets. La piste cyclable à 50m vous permettra de rejoindre les immenses plages en quelques minutes (1.5km). Vous pourrez profiter entre amis ou en famille d'une villa spacieuse (3 chambres) et d'une grande terrasse (salon de jardin). Une cheminée pourra également réchauffer vos vacances hivernales.

It is just behind the dune, 200 metres from the beach on one side and the pine forest on the other and close to the Le Tube concert hall.
