Thank you so much for your quick response and help with check-in. Very warm, modern, with a large living room. We and our four children had a great pleasure for Christmas holidays. Completely enjoyed the coziness you created in the house!! We visited all the magical places around the lake where oysters are grown! The Christmas market, the market and the powerful ocean. Everything was so great that we didn't want to leave. Really want to come back again. There is so much more to see!

Philippe‘s house had everything you need for a peaceful and cozy vacation. The properties is beautiful and private. The house is well equipped with everything you need. We could have stayed a month. Philippe is very responsive although there wasn’t much that we needed. The amenities, the vibe, location, the energy of the house is just awesome! We will be back!

We are delighted with our stay at Julien's! In addition to being functional, the house allows everyone to have their privacy, with rooms far enough apart from each other arranged around the living room, very nice, bright and nicely furnished / decorated. The place is very quiet, the only "noise" heard was that of the ocean, behind the pine forest that borders the back of the property, a real delight! Julien is responsive and available for any necessary information. We would have liked to stay longer!

It was a very positive first experience. The house is very nice, well located regarding the beaches and areas of interest and, the place is very quiet. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. It's a different house to the ones we've been but it's very nice and it's a quiet area. The pool is very clean, we had access to the barbecue and the house had everything you need. The owner is very attentive and responds very quickly. We really liked it and it is highly recommended if you are going to spend a few days.

Claire and José gave us a great welcome. The place is much more beautiful and recently renovated than let it show the photos. The rooms are huge, bright, everything is very good quality and well thought out. It's impossible to describe as they thought of everything. They are pleasant, attentive and sincerely eager to make us have a great time. One thing is for sure: you taste it = you come back…. Anyway, that will be our case! The place looks better in reality than we expected from the photos. The house is equipped with everything you need. But the best thing was our hostess, who is very warm and friendly. We arrived an hour earlier than announced and the house cleaning was still in progress. Nevertheless, we were immediately admitted and offered a beer as a welcome. Should we be near Biscarrosse again, we will book this place again.

Very nice hosting by Ingrid (thank you for the delicious specialty). We appreciated the flexibility on times. Ingrid gave us all the explanations for the accommodation and surrounding activities. The home located in a quiet area was impeccable, comfortable and matches the photos. The patio is very nice and the board games available allow you to have fun when it rains. And the perfectly enclosed grounds were a real plus for our 2 dogs.

Listing as described. Nice house in a quiet and peaceful location. There is everything you need inside and even a lot of bonuses: books, games for children, my son was super happy. Unfortunately, we couldn't test the bikes due to bad weather but several bikes are available. Functional accommodation, superb master suite. We had a great time at Katherine's place. The house matches the description perfectly and is perfectly equipped, you will find everything you need there for sure. Very well renovated, it is impeccably clean. And the bakery right next door is great! It's a very nice little extra for good breakfasts. The only regret we have is not being able to stay longer, but we will be happy to come back! Thank you Katherine for hosting us!

Small house, well-equipped, situated in a quiet area. The Jacuzzi is really great after a day of walking. We were warmly welcomed by Claudia, who spoiled us with breakfast on the day of our departure.

Frédéric is a responsive and available host. The house is well equipped and tastefully furnished. It is very well located in Labenne ocean (beach and shops within walking distance). The stay went very well for my mom who came to visit us.

Quiet house. We were able to rest, put the car in front of the house and do everything on foot, beaches... Meals on the wooden terrace were appreciated!
