Very clean apartment and as described. A bike rental company within walking distance. La Flotte is a very attractive village: a pretty port, beautiful walks or bike rides, a restaurant market.

We had a pleasant stay in a very well located accommodation, very clean and equipped with all amenities. Jérôme is very responsive and welcoming.

Nice very functional apartment and great location! We appreciated the proximity to the hyper center and the multitude of restaurants and other shops, which allows us to do anything by foot. The small building is quiet and very easy access despite the 2nd floor. Great stay!

We had a lovely stay with friends to celebrate the new year. We enjoyed the large kitchen and fireplace and the view from the main gite. Hot tub and sauna was a plus!

We had a wonderful time with the family at Elsa's house and particularly enjoyed the quiet location and the great terrace. We also enjoyed the beach of Gran Village, which we reached via a beautiful bike path. We found the house clean as shown in the photos. Only the bathrooms/ showers now showed signs of wear and tear. The washing machine and dryer were very convenient. Elsa was very kind and accommodating in communication. We definitely recommend the property for a relaxing beach holiday on the Ile d 'Oleron!

Check-in via lockbox is easy. The house is situated in a backyard and is accessible by a quite narrow passage. We were in a BMW X3 and you have to maneuver a little to the driveway into the open garage, but it is doable. Since all the shopping, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance in less than 10 minutes, the car stopped all week. The house is relatively new and well built and equipped. The lower floor with living room and open kitchen has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and also a toilet and is equipped with floor heating. On the upper floor there is another double bedroom, one bedroom for up to 4 children with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom and a toilet. Here are electric radiators. There is a terrace with large table and chairs and also a gas grill. The house fully corresponds to the description. Valery visited us and personally welcomed us. All in all, great.

Francois' place was great, beautifully designed with a great indoor/outdoor flow between the spaces. The place was well equipped with lots of amenities and equipment to make the stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. We has one small issue but this was remedies very satisfactorily by Francois and so our trip was excellent and we would recommend this place to anyone who wanted to explore the Ile de Re. The location was great and our experience was that La Flotte was the perfect base on the Island, with a beautiful market every day and lovely shops, bars and restaurants.

Great stay as a family. Good welcome from Fabienne, pleasant and well kept place, and quality services. A small downside on the price, a little high, but overall a very good time .”
