On the ground floor, a sofa bed that can make 1 bed, kitchen area open to living room of 25 m2. All comforts/kitchen, microwave, TV, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine/bathroom

Located on the banks of the Loire, a few kilometers from Nantes, L'Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Opposite the Île de la Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, open-air café... but also the restaurants located nearby. If you are traveling by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a "Loire à Vélo" circuit, a bike room has been specially fitted out in the house. By car, you can park almost at the door!

The accommodation is located near the banks of the Loire.
