Excellent stay, very nice apartment, tastefully decorated, magnificent view, good location, parking space right in front, great value for money. I just needed a washing machine and I would have stayed longer.

Thank you to Alain for taking his role as host seriously and offering a very decent and well-maintained apartment and especially for giving us plenty of advice and these recommendations. We had a lovely weekend with a couple of friends. The apartment may lack a living room but the dining table did the trick. It was clean, well maintained and very well equipped for a short-term rental. The view from one of the bedrooms is remarkable, the location is 5 minutes from the city by car and on the bike path of the lake is ideal. Thank you for the welcome files with all the activity recommendations in the apartment. The bikes were also very useful and in good condition. I recommend 200%! Thank you for these services.

Very nice stay. Just remember to park the car at the roundabout where Waze leads, walk up to the apartment to get the garage remote. The apartment is as described, very nice and in a good location (everything can be done on foot)

Hélène's accommodation is very well-equipped, very welcoming, a nice terrace and on the edge of a beautiful river. Hélène is a very attentive and available host. I recommend it for a peaceful, quiet stay, close to Annecy but away from its hustle and bustle!

I had a good stay in Thierry's studio. Well located accommodation near the lake. Clean Quiet, well arranged. with a bike available.. I'll come back, I hope with the sun... i would recommend...

Very nice location, with stunning lake views. We really enjoyed the view, as well as the layout of the cottage, while we spent the Christmas holidays there, mostly indoors.

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends in Dominique's home and we are more than delighted! The accommodation is really great, the location is really ideal and there are enough parking spots. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

we spent the weekend of the ascension under the sun facing Mont Blanc, the chalet is in a very quiet area with a splendid view. It is very functional with a typical Savoyard decor. Thanks to Theo for the quality of this accommodation. We'll be happy to come back.

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

An ideal place for us. In a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle, right on the lake, swimming, water sports, hiking, cycling. Everything possible. We felt very comfortable in Bruno's apartment. We didn't miss anything.

Best accommodation and best host

Very well placed, in a quiet residence. Communication is with Myriam who is very available and friendly. The accommodation is very pleasant if there are two of us, be careful with a (large) dog it lacks a little tidying up but for a few days we can accommodate it! I would recommend Frédéric's place 🙂

Accommodation that perfectly matches the description with breathtaking lake views. A small white wine from the region at the reception is a small touch that stands out from the others. Great value for money, I recommend it.

Great stay at Maryline's! The accommodation was perfectly as described, clean, comfortable and in a good location. The welcome was warm and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place and I will not hesitate to return on my next visit to Aix-les-Bains.
