Monthly Rentals in Saint John, Christiansted

Our stay here was something I will never forget. Truly the people around us were what made it so special. The neighbors are extremely friendly and helpful, Carol is a doll of a person. The place itself is a girls paradise! A view of buck island from the patio was a bonus. Jill’s recommendations are great. Everything was very clean & straight to the point. Overall it was a lovely stay, we had an amazing time. I will come back time and time again & will definitely book with Jill. The island is truly a special place!

Had a wonderful time getting to know St. Croix, and Adolf and Sharon made us feel right at home. Great recommendations on places to go and things to do. Too much to fit in one trip and we will definitely be visiting both the island and the Tropical Cottage again!!

Jennifer’s place was perfect for my husband & I for our 10th anniversary trip! We loved that it was an easy drive to either side of the island and very convenient to the boardwalk in Christianstead. Beautiful view from the balcony and an extremely comfortable bed were also highlights. Jennifer also allowed us a slightly later checkout time when our flight was delayed which we appreciated. I did a month long stay while I was in the process of moving to St. Croix. For the amount of time I was spending in an Airbnb I am glad I chose this location. There's a gas station right down the hill and several places to get food less than a 5 min drive away. It wasn't too small or in a busy touristy area that I would go crazy staying there. I could actually put away my things and didn't have to live out of a suitcase. I also relocated with my dog and he was able to stay here with me which I am grateful for as a lot of places don't accept pets. Being up on a hill the air flow was good and I didn't need to turn on the fans or AC much. Internet and power was good and I didn't experience any outages during the month. It's an island so sand and dirt is hard to avoid and needed to clean constantly but not an issue for short term stays. FYI there are couple of stray dogs roaming around the neighborhood. They were not aggressive towards me or my dog and I left them food a few times.
