We had a lovely stay, quiet and peaceful place, both sea and countryside. The accommodation is very well-equipped, very easy and secure access. Lots of hiking trails and this at the foot of the accommodation. I highly recommend it!!

A very good welcome in a peaceful neighborhood close to shops. The accommodation is very cute, clean, very well-equipped (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom). Simple but warm decor. A terrace not overlooked to enjoy the afternoon sun. Friendly hosts, directions to shopping, entertainment, etc. all well located to see the southwest of the department, ideal for what I had planned for my stay.

A lovely place to stay when visiting Mont Saint Michel. Communication with the host was great. Property was clean and comfortable. You’ll need a vehicle to get around the area as it’s a little outside the town centre.

The home was fantastic for visiting Mont St Michel. We would recommend Stephane's apartment to any group (2_4 people) coming to Beauvior. Very comfortable, great parking and clise to everything.

The accommodation is ideally located a few steps from the sea and its typical Breton beaches. This one is ultra functional and tastefully decorated. Laure is very responsive and will kindly advise you on existing activities in the area. I would highly recommend it.

Clean and well-equipped accommodation, we were also able to benefit from equipment for our one-year-old. The accommodation has been tastefully renovated. We felt good in this little cocoon for a few days. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy downtown Granville just a ten-minute walk away. Granville train station is easily accessible. Convenience stores are nice, super Burger offered right next to the accommodation, Lidl accessible a few minutes away, pharmacy and bakery are also nearby. We had a pleasant stay in Granville. We had a few unforgettable days. The apartment is extremely tastefully furnished and very well equipped. The quality of the bed linens and towels is that of an upscale hotel. When we arrived, everything was well prepared, there was even a bottle of water and milk in the fridge, some coffee capsules and everything you need for a short stay (dish soap, toilet paper, etc.) Murielle is a very attentive and warm host. She provided us with excellent excursion tips and restaurant recommendations, which turned out to be absolutely accurate. My recommendation: book if it's available! We will do it again!

We stayed at Odette's for a week. Laure and her team were very welcoming and gave us a lot of advice and recommendations, we thank them. We had a great week and felt at home in this beautiful apartment, very well-equipped, modern and very conveniently located facing the sea with private beach access. (Note the very comfortable bedding and pillow, which is nice) the balcony is a big plus. We recommend and will definitely book this apartment for an upcoming stay in Saint Malo.

An apartment where we would have liked to have stayed longer. It feels good, a bit like home. Decoration where each object made us travel, a functional apartment where everything is designed to ensure you have a pleasant stay. A bright apartment, a view where the sea is present in the 4 corners of the apartment. You don't get tired of contemplating these little colorful roofs with the sea in the background. To get there, you just have to cross the road. In short, a place where you feel good and which allows you to recharge your batteries.

This is the second time we've booked this place and we'll be back for sure! An incredible little studio that gives the feeling of being suspended above the sea. Impeccable calm, 12 min walk to downtown Granville with charming shops. The accommodation is extremely clean and well appointed for a comfortable and rejuvenating stay for two. Very pleasant stay in this cozy apartment with nice decor. Everything is connected, even the dishes. Nice and clean apartment. The French door to access the unoverlooked terrace sheltered from the wind is a plus. Heloise is a very nice host and available to answer questions.

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. The apartment is comfortable and practical and very well-equipped. It is in a well-maintained residence. We loved being a 7-minute walk from 2 very beautiful small beaches. Also very convenient for visiting Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

Very nice apartment with a great view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we'll be back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the box is very convenient. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental car to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment.
