Vacation rentals with beach access in Saint-Jean-le-Thomas

Good stay facing the sea, clean and ideal accommodation for family with baby.. We enjoyed the cupcakes and cider upon arrival.

Everything went well, the apartment is nice, it could benefit from a more pronounced touch of warm decor but everything is absolutely impeccable and charming. Great location for walking around Granville, within walking distance of the train station (approx. 15 min). Recommended!

very nice, well-equipped studio. Close proximity to the beach but on a very quiet street. Access to the garden of a plant enthusiast, out of sight of the street. Great stay I'll probably recommend!

Chantal's apartment is one of those places you don't forget. Not only are the location and sea views breathtaking, but the accommodation is also exceptional. Chantal has thought of everything to ensure guests have a memorable stay. Tastefully decorated, impeccably tidy and clean, warm… It feels like home! Special mention to the butter and homemade jams that allowed us to enjoy hotel-worthy breakfasts! Chantal is a responsive, warm host, if you have any concerns or questions, she will be sure to answer you within minutes. Go there without a second thought!

Very nice character house with an amazing view. We were 9 adults and we felt like we were at home, we were even able to enjoy the garden for lunch. A few minutes from the beach, the location is ideal. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms very comfortable. We plan to be back!

This is our 2nd stay in this exceptional location! Thanks to Tony for his excellent communication and responsiveness. An ideal place to visit beautiful places (St Malo, Cancale, La Pointe du Grouin,...).

Top accommodation. Private domain, large house, terraces, kitchen very well in order with all amenities, bedrooms and bathrooms spacious and solid. Walking distance from the sea and a cozy little center with a large weekly market, cafes and restaurants. Centrally located on nice getaways. Minuses: no WiFi (really not more of this time ;)), and the beds were allowed to be just a little longer (length 200 instead of 190); we are very large ourselves, but we are certainly not the only big people. And in the description there is a BBQ noted, but there was none. It's not a real must for us, but it should not be included in the amenities. In short: great!

We (six adults) had a lovely stay at Isabelle's place. The house was clean and tidy and had good amenities. The size was perfect for us. There are two ways to sit outside and the proximity to the beach was a special pleasure for us. Thank you for the time, we would come back anytime.

anthony's house is ideally located between Saint-Malo and Cancale, in a small quiet and peaceful hamlet, close to the sea. When we arrived, the accommodation was very clean and faithful to the description , tastefully furnished and very well equipped. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely go back.

Bright, clean, well-equipped and good location. Comfortable bedding. A downside for those who sleep with the window open: noisy neighborhood, party people, delivery trucks. Otherwise, window closed, sound insulation ok. Free parking on Avenue des Terre neuviers, 8 minutes walk. Great hosting.

the apartment was as described and photographed... very clean , welcoming and the view beautiful . the place is ideal for doing everything on foot, walking, restaurants, shopping ....

There were two of us at Corinne's and it was wonderful. The apartment is very charmingly furnished and equipped exceptionally. We spent two nights at Corinne's and enjoyed breakfast on the terrace under the blue sky. The beautiful views of the harbor also remain unforgettable. Merci Corinne, we will be back!

Perfectly located to hear the sound of the waves and access Granville on foot. Warm welcome and very clean home with parking. We would definitely recommend it.

Excellent hosting in a particularly pleasant and well-located accommodation. We had the added bonus of listening to David introduce us to healthy and responsible self-construction. Excellent property!

We were welcomed by Samuel and Katia with a smile. Very well arranged and tastefully decorated home! It is close to the center and the port for sightseeing. Private parking is a real plus. Only small downside for those sleeping in the living room, it can be a bit noisy with the road.

The apartment is very tastefully furnished with extensive kitchen equipment. The beds were super nice, we slept like prince and princess. I can only recommend Héloïse's apartment.
