Pleasant accommodation, well-equipped in a quiet area

We were very hospitably received by Philippe. A very nice place for the transit to the south. A very nice space with 2 rooms and a kitchen and plenty of privacy. Also very nice that the dog can come along. I would definitely book here again.

A wonderful house to stay in. The contact with Elodie herself was also very nice. Responds quickly and was very thoughtful when we had to change the booked date due to private circumstances. In short, highly recommended!

This is a very nice and beautiful private annex/cottage. It looks new, is modern, stylish, spotless and quiet and has everything you need for a short stay. There is not much to do in the area though. A car can be parked right in front of the cottage. The toilet is on the ground floor and a shower is upstairs where the double bed is. A perfect place for a night over or for a few nights while visiting Orléans.

The apartment is in a great location, you just have to cross the bridge and you are right in the old town of Orleans. The apartment is located in a small square where there are some restaurants and a good bakery. Several supermarkets are within walking distance. The apartment has been very nicely renovated and offers everything you need. The private parking space in the courtyard is a big plus.

We had a great stay at the place in Orléans! The apartment was very nicely decorated, absolutely clean and equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect – very close to the city center and many attractions, so you can easily walk to everything. Check-in went smoothly, and contact with the host was friendly and straightforward. Apartment has everything needed for a comfortable weeklong stay. Great spot just outside the old city. Easy to walk along the Loire. The wine and madeleines were a nice touch. Kitchen stocked with condiments. Definitely recommend - the hosts were responsive and gave great local suggestions.

The view is magnificent. The short walk along the Loire to reach the center is a useful daily workout. The house is tidy, comfortable and equipped with everything. Surrounded by beautiful nature, only the songs of birds and the hopping of squirrels. Yet close to the city. Nice vacation.

I recommend this apartment, very functional and clean. very easy to access and quiet neighborhood. the big plus is the private parking. once the vehicle is parked, bike or tram possible. city center 20 to 30 minutes on foot. responsive and friendly host.

Laurence was very welcoming and warm. The apartment is very quiet and bright. Perfect spot for a break. For people who want to work, there is no Wi-Fi, so don't hesitate to have a good 5G.

When we step into the house, we felt right at home. It was as expected from what is in the listing. It is a joy looking through all the items especially painting and some small decor items in this apartment. The host was patient as due to our rented car broke down , we were more than a few hours late. As due to that, we felt we missed the time to enjoy the apartment too. Also, the compound has secure entry for vehicles as well.
