Perrine's house was very nice, clean, bright, well-equipped, perfect for a family with children (games and trampoline). The nautical base and the banks of the Loire are nearby. We had a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The outdoor area with the garden was ideal for relaxing, and the kids had fun in the games room. The barbecue was a real plus for our family evenings. Very nice accommodation in a peaceful and pretty neighborhood, clean, functional, a lot of things available that are rare for an Airbnb, from coffee to makeup remover, and even our little dog had some treats for him. Wow - what a beautiful space! The downstairs living room was perfect for a group of friends to relax, cook and eat together - we loved the well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms were also nice with lots of room and storage. Amazing bakery down the road and a good access to many climbing spots :)

Well designed for a stop in Orleans. Good location for visiting the city on foot. Quiet place. The accommodation is clean as well as linens. The beds (bed and convertible) are perfect. However, a little effort on the finishes, especially in the bathroom, would be desirable. We had a nice and short stay that we will renew if needed in the area. We enjoyed the great coffee available. Very comfortable and well equipped. A bathroom with lots of extra towels and personal care products, great! Good location for sightseeing and cycling. We only stayed 4 nights but it would work for long stay. Easy secure parking in the compound. Robin called in to say hi which was lovely.

Responsive and very kind host when interacting. The apartment was very beautiful, clean and close to the city center 5 mins walk from the cathedral. We couldn't find better for a family of 4. I will come back without hesitation in this little cocoon.

Great place, great location in the center of Nemours. The small courtyard gives bcp of character to the accommodation and immerses us in a peaceful cocoon. Lots of shops nearby, restaurants, in short, everything you need! Had a great weekend there. Soria is very friendly and responsive. I recommend it!
