Between Le Mans and Angers, the Domaine des Fontaines welcomes you to its "Le Cocon" cottage. Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

I will be happy to share with you the environment in which I have lived since I was a child. I took over my grandparents' house where the sweetness of Anjou is not a myth. Close to the center of Angers (10 minutes drive); public transport possible. Quiet and direct access to the river and hiking trails. Free access to the garden. Between Saumur and Doué-la-Fontaine, come and rest in the countryside, in a troglodyte environment, surrounded by flowers. Very touristy region: close to the Bioparc of Doué-la-Fontaine, troglodytes, vineyards, castles. The Cadre Noir of Saumur, sparkling wines, banks and landscapes of the Loire, charming villages. We will be happy to host you in our cottage, an old house from 1824 (semi-troglo) in tuffeau stone completely renovated.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Renovated house with quality amenities (2-seater spa bath, traditional Finnish sauna, etc.). Great for a relaxing romantic stay. House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. Nice little house in the vineyard of Anjou, close to the golf course of Angers. Located in the Loire Valley, it offers a perfect base for visiting castles and vineyards. Very quiet environment two kilometers from the center of Brissac Loire Aubance. "La société" was the community café of the hamlet of Orgigné in the last century. Terrace appreciated by opacarophiles, parking, wood stove.
