Vacation rentals with a patio in Saint-James

The accommodation is very small and is in a huge, very narrow subdivision...

We had a great weekend at the place. It is close to a bar, restaurant and convenience store on foot, while being in a very quiet alley. It is ideally located between Mont St. Michel and the landing beaches! We had a problem and the hosts were very responsive. Thanks to them!! The little extra that makes the difference: the jacuzzi to relax after a good day of sightseeing.

We had a great stay. We primarily chose it because of the convenience of free private parking under the building which was very convenient, but also found it to be a very comfortable place to stay. It was easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Rennes and there is a nearby pharmacy, grocery store and plenty of other shops too. It is also very close to the Musée de Bretagne and library which was great for our young son. Everything was clean and we found everything we needed in the kitchen too.

I was visiting Laval for work. The accommodation is as described, good location and quiet, no noise. Perfectly clean. I would definitely recommend it.

Florian's place is very well located, in the center of Janzé near shops; creperie right in front of the apartment, bookstore...etc. the description of the accommodation is as advertised and photos. Very pleasant stay in this accommodation offered by Magalie. Perfect for family gatherings during a short or long stay. Friendly stay, comfortable bedding, bathrooms in both bedrooms. The patio with table, bbq and jacuzzi for 4 to 6 people and really nice. Close to Saint-Coulomb beaches, less than 5 minutes' drive away.

Fran's small character house is ideally located near Dinan. Everything is close by, shops, historical sites, the accommodation is located at the foot of the castle. Fran is a beautiful person, who has a sense of hospitality, with flowers on our arrival and other small touches..... I highly recommend this very nice place, tastefully furnished, in a beautiful green setting.

We spent a few days enjoying the apartment and everything was perfect. The location, cleanliness and the house in general. We would definitely repeat it.

The house is ideal located. You can reach the beach in a few minutes with a nice little walk. Parking spaces are also available. The three bedrooms were very nicely decorated. The bathroom is clean and modern. Even dog bowls were provided and our dog loved the garden! The contact with Valérie was really very nice. We had a wonderful time all in all.

Very good quality apartment, very clean. Very nice pool but the accommodation is very isolated, there is nothing around and there is a network problem.

We had a pleasant stay, clean and nice house. Bed linens provided and possibility to have towels. Accessible pool ( provide children's armbands who can't swim because deep pool 1m55 ). Pleasant welcome, food truck present several times a week (fried crepes...). The only downside no airlock between the front door of the pool and the changing rooms and as the door was broken it had to remain open so the children were cold but it's really the only downside. Thank you for this stay , we will be back
