Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. We welcome you, summer and winter, in our comfortable cottage (old renovated barn), with neat decoration, at the foot of the hiking trails and 20 minutes from the Lioran resort for a warm holiday. The gite, with a surface area of 65 m², can accommodate 4 to 5 people. It is an open plan space with: a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, 1 shower room, a mezzanine with 2 90 beds, a kitchen area (fully equipped), a dining/living area with its wood burning stove.

Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, separate toilet. The buron is located 400 m from the road, accessible by car.
