We're glad we stayed at Nicolas' place. This one, even from a distance, was very attentive to us with many messages before our arrival (clear and precise information about the accommodation, its access, the instructions for use, the possible activities and the address of a good restaurant) and during our stay to hear from us. The configuration of the apartment with its mezzanine allowed us to have space for 4 people including 2 young children with nap and early bedtime...

Very nice apartment, tastefully decorated! Damien takes the trouble to provide everything for his guests (coffee, garbage bag, shower gel, shampoo, towels, etc.) In the city center of Brioude, you can do everything on foot, many restaurants nearby. Very good stay with magnificent views of the mountains. Very well-maintained accommodation, with a very well-equipped kitchen. The beds are very comfortable, we all slept very well. Access to the relaxation spa guaranteed. Only small downside, complicated to eat 12 outside and main room a little dark. Chalet near the slopes where we were able to enjoy a great panorama by going up with the chairlifts and cable cars. We recommend this accommodation, you won't be disappointed.

Nice apartment, lots of hikes nearby, close to the center of the resort (about 1 km). As it was low season, the residence was quiet and we were almost alone at the pool. We enjoyed being able to come with our beauceron.

Listing matches its description perfectly. Stéphanie really thought of everything and even little extras that are always appreciated. In downtown Issoire and therefore shops and highway access are quite close. Be careful, however, not to go there with a vehicle that is too long, the accommodation is in a narrow alley.
