Melissa’s place was AWESOME! It was exactly what we needed to unplug and relax!

I don’t know if I can express how much I loved our stay at Rich and Yumi’s place. The property is very beautiful, private and very peaceful. We enjoyed fishing and taking in all of the sights and sounds of nature surrounding us. The fire pit area and hot tub were very nice additions to the property. The house was very clean and comfortable. The house was very well stocked. Rich and Yumi pay great attention to detail. We were greeted by a nice welcome basket and card to welcome us. After departing we realized that my daughter had forgotten a few items. Rich was very responsive and helpful in locating the items and arranging to ship them to us. I absolutely fell in love with this place and definitely plan to return in the future. Thank you very much Rich and Yumi for sharing your amazing property with us!

Spectacular place! Four stars! This place is beautiful! It’s in a peaceful neighborhood with other beautiful homes and on a quiet cul-de-sac. It has impressive, high-end appliances, lots of porches to enjoy the view of the water, a huge kitchen with lots of pots, pans, dishes, etc. The entire house is very large! We loved the big closet of games. We fished everyday off the dock, enjoyed the small beach area, and made a fire most nights. The hot tub was a nice extra too. We listened to Taps being played every night at 7:45 pm from the local navy yard. Everything was very clean and modern. Absolutely beautiful place!!

We alerted Nancy of our late check in due to travel and she was so caring and thoughtful to make sure we found the place. How wonderful to check in and find an emasculate and more than comfortable place to rest our heads after a long travel day! Our fur baby felt more than loved with a special Love note waiting for him on the table and treats - and human treats as a surprise for us in the fridge!! We stayed each day with peace and coffee on the dock!! We felt so welcomed and cared for and appreciated it so much!
