Fully enclosed land located at the rear of the house. Playground and pétanque court 50 m away... Come and recharge your batteries in this little haven of peace.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Eco-Tiny House in privat old orchard, 700m²

Our Tiny House is located at the border of the National Park Du Morvan. A beautiful quiet area, with lots of hiking and cycling paths. As well we are offering a great work space with excellent WIFI inside and outside the accomodation. It's located in the old orchard next to our house on 700m² privat ground. We build it in 2017 almost entirely of second hand materials. We purify our waste water ourselves. Partly because of this, we use ecological wash and cleaning products.

Sleeping in a cozy farmhouse with a beautiful view over the surrounding meadows? In the small, peaceful village of Cossaye, we rent out the HIDE OUT: the perfect place to unwind. Here, you can enjoy the stunning sunset every evening from the terrace and watch the cows roaming freely in the adjacent pasture. Inside, you will find all the comfort you need, and in the winter, you can warm up by the wood stove. In the surrounding area, you can take wonderful walks.

The little blue house

Our lovely house is comfortable and pleasant to live in. You will love relaxing in this quiet place, surrounded by countryside and nature, have a look at stars in the sky and breathe pur air. It will bring happiness to fans of forest, fishing, hunting, Bourgogne's gastronomy, architecture, History, racetrack, zoo and park. It is perfect for couples, lonely travellers, families with children and pets. A new pond has been created for nature and fishing lovelers.

Possibility to rent a single room from the cottage for 60 euros per night. Enjoy with your family this fabulous place that offers good times in perspective. Take a break and relax at this peaceful oasis. This charming T2 of 45m², very functional can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located 8 km from Decize / 30 min from Nevers / 30 min from Magny-Cours. Full desinfection after each tenant's departure. Many activities await you in the surrounding area (Hiking, horseback riding; mountain biking; canoeing; wildlife park; tree climbing; ... Ability to pay with holiday checks (request before booking)

Small country house

Refurbished independent accommodation of 50m2 including: - A kitchen(!the washing machine does not work!), a living room with clic clac (a third person can stay on this one), a bathroom with toilet, upstairs a bedroom with two small beds, an exterior of about 150m2. -Barbecue available (If it is not on the veranda, do not hesitate to ask us!!) Linens provided, towels not provided. Parties are not allowed. Pets allowed for free:)
