Cette location ne se situe pas rue Montois à Vers, mais à 2 km du village de Vers. Appartement en rez de chaussée d'une maison située dans le Lot entre Cahors et Saint Cirq Lapopie. Entree indépendante donnant directement sur un étang qui peut parfois ne pas être en eau, le tout sur un terrain arboré et clôturé d'un hectare, bordé par une rivière. Place de parking. Cuisine salon équipé. Malheureusement nous n'acceptons plus les animaux. Wi-Fi de qualité moyenne.

The Pescalerie Mill

The property includes a dwelling house built against the cliff and an unrestored mill built on a resurgence, with a pool of clear water and a beautiful waterfall. You will stay in the house which can accommodate 8 people without fear of disturbing the neighbors. The beds are distributed upstairs between a bedroom with a double bed and sink and a large bedroom equipped with 3 double beds + another double bed in the mezzanine, under the roof.
