Restored cottage with old-fashioned charm, modern comfort and authenticity in the heart of a village. The first floor offers a bathroom and 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed. On the 2nd floor is a dormitory with a second bathroom, 2 double beds and 2 single beds. Each level has a toilet. Equipped kitchen and cozy living room. 2-minute walk to: grocery, restaurant, pool, bakery etc. 15 min from Chatellerault 30 minutes to: Chinon, Châteaux of the Loire Valley, Center Parcs, Futuroscope.

New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

"Le Grenier", studio de 22m² vous propose une partie salon avec canapé, table haute, kitchenette équipée, un vrai lit (140x190), grande douche (140x80), WC séparés. The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Nightly rate: €52 without sheets + €8 sheets to be paid in advance if needed.
