House vacation rentals in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay

We had a very nice family stay at Géraldine's place which is ideally located: we went to the beach on foot every day and we took full advantage of the access to the heated pool as well as the bar (yummy the waffles and ice cream), the children's playground and the educational farm at the nearby partner campsite. The sunny weather only enhanced the experience. The deckchairs and garden furniture on the terrace are a real plus! As well as the many toys available for children. They had a good time, we felt at home. Not to mention the large amount of dishes available in the accommodation. Friendly and very pleasant stay!

Absolutely wonderful place. The house had everything a family would need and more. Situated 4 minutes from the sea side it is a perfect spot for those who enjoy evening walks on the beach. Heated pool was a luxury and when the weather was a bit cooler we made most of it. Plenty of places to explore all around. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a peaceful break. Great hosts, beautiful place, a home away from home.

We had a great time with the family. Stephan welcomed us very warmly with a great island meal. Very large, and spacious accommodation, it offers a lot of activities, billiards / foosball / barbecue..... The jaccouzi is a big plus. I highly recommend!!:)

We had a nice stay in Barneville! The accommodation is as described and as shown in the photos, and is very well located. Everything is well thought out to welcome guests, the game room and the pool are very appreciable (we enjoyed the pool with small children despite its depth). And above all, we thank Céline for her responsiveness and kindness!!

Céline and Stéphane's house is as described. Due to the weather, we could not use the garden, pool and the available offer, bicycles, boules court, deck chairs, extensively. The pool was kindly already heated, you could swim relaxed. We were satisfied with the stay and the interaction with Céline, wishes (heating) were met immediately.

Great extended weekend, with amenities suitable for the whole family. I highly recommend for families or groups of friends. relaxation and greenery guaranteed, with the sea 15 min drive.

Accommodation as described, close to several starting points for hiking or biking. Close to Carteret Beach and close to Hatainville Beach. We had a great time with our kids. Communication with Grégoire & Amina before/during and after the stay was fluid.

The house in the dunes is beautifully located and at least as beautifully decorated. Everything is very clean and well-maintained and Marion is very responsive and helpful. You can walk into the dunes on the beach or relax in the bath or on a lounger in the sun. The only thing that was a little different than I thought is that the house is a little close to the public road. Not many people come by, but it's just a little less private. This would not prevent me from recommending this house and coming back again. It is also still very quiet and peaceful. Thank you Marion!

amazing view, beautiful, clean, well received by Marie-Line. She gave tips for visiting sights. 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Plenty of eateries on the beach where you can eat cheaply (by Belgian standards). Bakery at a small 3 km. Top accommodation, top location and TOP view!!!

We had a fantastic holiday. The cottage was super clean and all the necessities were provided. One minute walk to the beautiful beach. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is as described, it is located in a bucolic area conducive to tranquility. It is close to different sites: Mont Saint-Michel, Barfleur, etc. Pleasant and relaxing place.

We had a great stay at Hautmont, we were wowed by the property as soon as we walked in. The drive is tricky to get in and out of, but you eventually get the hang of it. We were welcomed by the owners not long after we arrived and they were responsive throughout our stay to any questions. Hautmont has a homely feeling to the house, with a large lounge, big kitchen and dining table, good sized bedrooms and bathroom. Downstairs felt a little dark throughout all times of the day but upstairs bedrooms were light and airy. Basics were provided: hand wash at each sink, good body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and more than enough loo roll for our stay. A generous welcome package too. The kitchen was well stocked with an array of glasses, crockery and cutlery but there is no dishwasher or washing machine. The owners let us use their washing machine however which was very kind. There is a hot tub available for use which we used once, but felt it could've been cleaner in preparation for our stay

A perfect stay at Fanny's! The accommodation is even better than in the photos: clean, warm, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. Fanny was lovely, available and attentive throughout the stay, with lots of little touches that make a difference. We felt right at home. The house right on the sea was overwhelmingly beautiful. Very tasteful and cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped from A as Austernbrecher to Z as Zitronenpresse, everything there to cook extensively. Internet super fast ! Sufficient thought was given to sockets and strips to charge electronic devices comfortably. The pellet stove is easy to use and brings a cozy atmosphere when it storms and is cold outside. The surroundings are wonderful for hiking and cycling. Small supermarket in Quinéville. Other good shopping in Quettehou (also great organic shop!) An unforgettable vacation!

Even better than the photos. Superb cottage in the grounds of Sandrine's beautiful house. Perfect location for visiting local D Day memorials and Ste Mere Eglise. Would definitely return .

We had an extended weekend in this beautiful house that has just been built. It is very large and the landscape is splendid from almost all the rooms. We were able to enjoy beautiful sunsets from the hot tub. We'd also like to thank the concierge for their welcome, advice, kindness and responsiveness.

Very nice house, quiet in a small hamlet close to Pirou. Amenities are quickly accessible and close to the beach. The house has been tastefully renovated. The interior is well furnished with beautiful spaces. The outside is very pretty and we were lucky enough to see the young horses in the meadow. Marja is very nice and welcoming. It was a great stay in Amandine's beautiful house. Everything was very tastefully decorated, modern, there was nothing missing and it was very clean. Amandine was very helpful and yet discreet. We can recommend everything without reservation and would be happy to come back.
