The Val Mulet Swordfish

Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

Ground floor apartment of 73 m² with a large terrace of 50 m² and direct access to the beach! Ideally located just 250 m from the shops of Saint-Pair-sur-Mer and 350 m from the casino. This accommodation includes a spacious living room with living and sitting area, a fitted and equipped kitchen area, as well as two bedrooms, one with access to the garden. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine; as well as a private garage in the basement

Cottage on the edge of the harbor

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It has three bedrooms, the first with a 140*190 bed. The second has two single 90*190 beds that can be brought together. The third is equipped with a bunk bed and a baby bed. Its washing machine, TV and appliances give a modern side to this cottage that we wanted to be simple. Everything is on a fenced plot with barbecue, 2 children's bikes, a trailer for toddlers and adult mountain bikes.
