Located on the ground floor of a house, direct garden view. 7 minutes' walk from the RER A (20 minutes from the Etoile), 10 minutes from Rueil 2000 in a very quiet area. TV (Netflix and Amazon Video), Wi-Fi + ethernet. Equipped kitchenette. "Rapido" sofa bed (real premium mattress, the sofa opens in a jiffy and the seat is independent of the mattress). You will also find all the essentials for a good breakfast. Free parking.

Protected from noise and time, in the city center, this barn belongs to the impressionist views of the 19th century. A warm house (stones, antique floor tiles), bathed in soft light and equipped with a garden. On 2 levels: Ground floor, kitchen in English pine on a flowery courtyard. On the 1st floor, the cathedral room, beams, very bright. The windscreen is elegant. Attentive, the bathroom. An atmosphere conducive to serenity. As a couple, solo, traveler or for business, you'll be fine here.

Studio-Breakfast included-The Campus Cottage

This studio (16m2) is located next to our main house. Its sheltered, south-facing terrace has a table and armchairs so as to enjoy the garden. Breakfast is included in the price. Single bed. The RER station La Hacquinière is a 10-15 minute walk away. The campus Paris Saclay, CNRS, CEA, CentraleSupélec, etc. is a few minutes away by car and 20 min by foot. All shops and supermarket are nearby (1,5km). We can pick you up at the RER station if our schedules are compatible. Self check-in possible.

Quiet & cosy apartment close to Montparnasse

Bright, Clean and quiet apartment facing a courtyard, well equipped and close to Montparnasse. The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2018, keeping the identity and the character of the building. You will find some good amenities, including all the necessary appliances (Washer, Dish Washer, etc) and small attentions to simplify your stay, and make you feel at home while on travel ! A large 43 screen in 4K, and a Gigabit internet access with gigabit Ethernet plugs & top Wifi.

The maisonette is near the center of St Germain en laye and the Lycée International. Ideal for finding calm after a visit to Paris or Versailles. Located in a peaceful environment, our charming little detached house, completely renovated (2023), is the ideal place for lovers of tranquility and comfort. It is located in a residential area, called Little Deauville because of the beautiful villas that line the street. Paris is accessible by train in 35 minutes (with a train station just a 2-minute walk away), offering convenient and quick access to Parisian cultural life. And breakfast is on us!

The outbuilding consists of a main room with open and equipped kitchen, living room and access to the shower room. Upstairs, bedroom on mezzanine. Breakfast included (bread, butter, jam, tea, coffee...)
