Car essential, Epernon train station is 8 km away shopping 4 km away The cottage is independent in a spacious garden, all wood, with a terrace by the water. If you don't have a car but have bicycles, you can come by train with your bicycles, to Maintenon.

The apartment consists of three rooms: a kitchen, a bedroom and another combining living room and bedroom in alcove. It is located in the heart of the historic center of Chartres, ideal for visiting, it is also on the Chartres en Lumière tour. The proximity of restaurants with delivery, in the summer the street can be noisy on Saturday and Sunday evenings.

In the heart of Maisons-Laffitte Park, small outbuilding of about 35 m², overlooking courtyard, in a stable with private terrace and garden at the back. The outbuilding consists of a main room with open and equipped kitchen, living room and access to the shower room. Upstairs, bedroom on mezzanine. Breakfast included (bread, butter, jam, tea, coffee...)
