Perfect place! Everything is there, you'll feel right at home! However, a small disadvantage! The stove hobs bug… it turns off, turns on, turns off… otherwise we were still great! Thanks to Jonathan for his responsiveness!

Lovely apartment, well equipped with good quality appliances, bedding and towels. Fabulous host who took time to greet us and showed how everything worked. Location was great, central to all amenities but peaceful and quiet. The outside terrace was a bonus, lovely place to sit and relax. Secure underground parking was good . Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality place to stay, hopefully we will return next year.

First reaction when entering the apartment: WOW! It's a real gem...a fabulous renovation. In the center of Cognac and in an old townhouse, an apartment that would make the apartments of the latest real estate programs blush. You feel good right away: decor and colors harmonious and chosen with great taste. It's quiet and the bedding is perfect. There's nothing missing to cook. We had a great time. Anthony and Virginie are responsive and communication is very friendly. We highly recommend it.

Stephane and Sylvie were amazing hosts. They gave us great local recommendations, organised a personal winery tour for us and booked in a massage. The location is beautiful, peaceful setting and the pool was fantastic. We booked to have breakfast one morning - it was stunning. Beautiful presentation and lovely food. Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in such a way as to have privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... congratulations to both of you 🌞

The accommodation is incredible near the city center which allows you to do a lot of things on foot without forgetting that it is cozy with everything you need!! We had a great time, we recommend it and we'll be back 😁

Very nice rental that perfectly matches the Airbnb listing. Thierry is very friendly and very responsive. The city of Saujon is very cute with pleasant walks along the Seudre.
