The apartment is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate 4 people with the convertible sofa bed on the ground floor. Bicycles or motorcycles can also be parked upon request.

In the middle of the fields and vineyards, you will spend a quiet stay, the singing of birds all day, frogs in the evening in summer. 5 minutes from the village with essential shops. Composed of 3 bedrooms, a large living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The bathroom has been adapted to accommodate PRM. Terrace, parking, boules court.

A 5-minute walk from the banks of the Loire, you will appreciate the quiet of the accommodation and its freshness in summer. The studio is part of our house, it is located on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with double bed, a private bathroom, toilet and an equipped kitchen as well as a separate entrance (shared with our cats). The land is sloping, a few steps provide access to the entrance to the studio.

Welcome to the 42 m2 "Côté jardin" apartment. There is an industrial-style decor with open kitchen. The bedroom is in a "Jungle" style with a 160 cm bed. This beautiful apartment is a 5-minute walk from the center of Ancenis and the banks of the Loire. Free parking is in front of the small building. Great place to put your bags down for an internship or training. Everything is provided (bed linen, towels).
