We had a great stay at this tastefully decorated place. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create a warm and enjoyable atmosphere. Beautiful week spent at Amélia's, functional apartment, not overlooked, and very well located (7mn walk to the nearest beach, beautiful walks to make and all shops and restaurants nearby). We were on foot and there is a lot to do without a car. Very good contact and flexibility for check-in and check-out, we recommend it unreservedly! Karine and Gregory

Located inside the Golf, very quiet place with garden, allowing you to rest under the pine trees. The apartment is fully functional and well-equipped. The beautiful Cordouan pine beach is accessed by a bike/pedestrian path, which is very nice when you don't want to be in the middle of cars. Brigitte and Daniel are very welcoming. In short, our stay went very well.

1. The apartment is new, well equipped - there is everything you need. Very clean and spacious. Ideal for four people. 2. The center is a 25-minute walk away, most of the way through the park. This is a new neighborhood, it's still under construction, but it doesn't bother you. 3. The only negative thing is check-in and check-out is required with the in-person presence of a host representative. It is quite difficult to determine the time and is inconvenient. At check-in, we set a time interval, from 16 o'clock to 17. They wrote to us that they would be waiting for us by 17, we arrived at 16.30 and waited until 17.40! Of course, it was some kind of unforeseen occurrence, but it is a waste of time for us, besides waiting on the street tired from the road is very uncomfortable. 3. Bed linen is paid, it is not included in the price, is it supposed to have its own? For 20 euros, you get a set of linen for 2 people, 2 towels and a towel under your feet. There are few towels and they, like linens, are not too good quality. There are no shortcomings anymore, the option is perfect. Recommended.

My spouse and I had a lovely stay with our dog Pogo. Céline is a great host, she hosted us very well and we thank her for that. The accommodation is in a very good location and is very good value for money. The accommodation is on a peaceful street with quick access to all amenities as well as the beach. Well-located townhouse with local shops and welcoming merchants... The house is spacious, well-equipped, we couldn't enjoy the pool due to the weather... we recommend this rental... and it's for our next visit.

A very nice stay despite the bad weather. The living room is very nice for a group of 6 adults and 5 children. Special mention to the spacious and comfortable sofa and the arcade terminal that allowed for wild parties. On the other hand, even though we all got along very well, we would have liked a non-glass door to close the master suite upstairs, to ensure a little privacy to take a shower or go to the bathroom. 😊 But that's really the only very slight downside. The house is spacious and very well-equipped and the beach is only a few minutes' walk away. Franck is very responsive and check-in went smoothly. In short, a very pleasant weekend.

Anne-Marie generously welcomed us with a basket more than stocked ( cider, cake,pineau...) . We fed the chickens that made us feel good with 3 eggs a day. We also enjoyed the vegetable garden. The house is renovated and spacious for 6 people, the garden with several terraces in the shade or sun to choose from, the library and games are available. Big garden nice for our dog. The beach is a 10-15 min walk, that of the great coast or the wild coast accessible by bike in 15 min or by car. Beautiful Palmyra Zoo nearby. Anne-Marie was available throughout the week, and very flexible on arrival/ departure times and good advice on restaurants and activities in the area. Central accommodation to visit La Tremblade in Saint Georges de Didonne, by car or bike (many bike paths). We highly recommend for families or groups of friends.

We had a great time at Kim and François's. The location is ideal for shopping, pedestrian streets and the port. On the other hand, for Minimes beach you have to take the car, it's 15 minutes away. The apartment is very well-equipped, and very well decorated, it's very nice, you feel at home. Thank you Kim and François.

Our trip to Oléron Island went very well thanks to the hospitality of Dimitri and Florian who agreed to host our two cats as well. The apartment is very well-equipped and fulfills all the conditions for a pleasant stay. The hosts are very welcoming and responsive to answer any questions.

This small apartment with all the comforts you need is perfect for a short stay . Ideally located in the city center, close to shops and the beach . Private parking space is a plus . The environment was quiet but in April there aren't many people . i recommend this rental.
