We spent 4 nice days in this spacious, welcoming, pleasant, well-equipped and well-located house. The garden is a plus even if we didn't enjoy it. Bike rentals are 6-700 m from the house. Essential shops are reached by foot. For check-in, my GPS (iPhone Maps) stopped at the beginning of the alley of holm oaks. Fortunately, the path of the same name was displayed further on the screen, which allowed me to find it. I would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect stay!! Charming house in a perfect location, perfectly equipped and quiet! Everything is within walking distance, shops, walks, bike paths. Thanks to Jean Christophe for hosting us and for his flexibility. We'll be back.

We had a great time at La Flotte. Beatrice is really very friendly with lots of good tips even though we knew the island very well. The pool is a real plus and the garden is very zen. We'll be happy to go back.

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in such a way as to have privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... congratulations to both of you 🌞

We had a great time with the family at Anthony's house. It is very well-equipped and the layout of the different rooms (sleeping area, dining area, etc.) allows you to share time together but also to have your own space! The village center is within walking distance (there are all the essential shops) and we rented bikes, which allowed us to visit the rest of the island on foot and go to the beach a few minutes by bike from the house. Finally, thank you to Justine from the concierge, who gave us a warm welcome on our arrival and was available despite our very early departure, not to mention her valuable advice on the good spots on the island!

Friendly, available and accommodating host. A place where you feel good with beautiful spaces. Nice decor that helps you disconnect and contributes to the holiday atmosphere. Well-equipped house. Proximity to appreciable shops. Courtyard large enough to accommodate several cars. We recommend it and could come back with family or friends.

Great stay in this charming little house in the cool with all the necessary equipment to enjoy it and 12 minutes walk from the sublime beach of Chaucre! Very pleasant house in a good location. The accommodation is well-equipped, both inside and out (garden furniture, barbecue, covered terrace...). Its location, very central for visiting the island and close to shops, in a quiet area. We had a great time.

Very beautiful house with lots of space and very well-equipped, a beautiful terrace. A big thank you to Anne for all the equipment left at the disposal of her tenants: everything for cooking, games for children, books, ping pong…. Close to a market open every day, and a small supermarket accessible on foot or by bike. Ideal for tasting good local products. Located in the center of the island, it's very easy to get to the beaches, villages and activities. We shared some great family moments in this house. Nearby, we recommend Green Trott for bike rentals and private concerts and a small guided tour of the donkey farm of Oléron, very beautiful encounters with people passionate about their activity.
