It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, cayak, canoeing, bicycle riding. The next ski resorts are about a one hour drive

The stonemasons' house is an atypical stone house, built in 1730, in the old village of L'Isle d'Abeau. The house welcomed workers, stonemasons from the old quarry. House in a great location: - 15 minutes from Saint Exupéry Airport - 20 minutes from Eurexpo - 5 minutes from The Village outlet - 45 minutes from Chambéry and Grenoble - less than an hour from the ski resorts - 3 minutes from the A43 toll - 5 min from the shopping center and SNCF train station

Independent accommodation not overlooked (approx. 20 m² + 10 m² covered terrace) on the ground floor of an inhabited chalet by Lake Bourget: separate kitchen, bathroom, living room and covered terrace with stunning lake views. Cool temperature in the accommodation during hot weather. Direct access to Brison-St Innocent beach - 200 m walk and many activities nearby summer and winter. Linens not provided – Pets present (2 cats) NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN

Waterfront

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Family home with private lake access

Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.
