This nice space is located on the floor of my home, it has its own independent entrance and is very well insulated from noise. The bed is 160 cm for peaceful nights. We are located close to lakes, many bike routes (ViaRhona), and 10 minutes from Walibi Park.

We have arranged in our basement (semi-buried) a small apartment (25 m2) with an independent entrance at the back of the house. Location: A43 5 minutes, Walibi 10 minutes, Château de St Genix 500 meters, The Way of St. James passes through the village, as well as the ViaRhôna. You also have an outdoor area with a parking space (quite narrow but you can easily park on the street) and a garden table with chairs.

Chambéry is 20 minutes away. It is perfectly suited for a family of 4 people who go on a mop.
