Cozy Studio Between the Vineyards

In a converted barn on the border between the departments of Charente Maritime and Gironde is our cozy studio. The studio is equipped with all the comforts for two people. There is a double bed, wardrobe, two comfortable seats, a kitchenette with gas stove, dining table and a bathroom with shower. For cold days, there is a fireplace. There is WiFi, and you can park your car with us. And outside is your own terrace with table and chairs for that croissant in the sun!

Townhouse

Townhouse, fully equipped for 10 people - 4 bedrooms - enclosed garden - outdoor parking. This family home is located in the heart of the village, a 5-minute walk to a very pretty harbor. In the village, you will find all the essential shops (butcher, bakery, grocery store, pharmacy...) Possibility to rent 2 electric bikes to discover our beautiful hilly region. Close to Talmont, Palmyre Zoo. 20 minutes from the first beaches, 20 minutes from the toll.

Loft with a hot tub and sauna

Beautiful loft-style house 180 m2. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer), dining area, bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet) as well as a relaxation area with fireplace and jacuzzi (4 people max). Upstairs, you will enjoy the Sauna, a first 140 bed with a water + toilet area, a bedroom with a 160 bed and a living room with TV. Outside: terrace, and heated pool (May/Sept) BBQ area.

La Demeure du Chateau BOURNAC is located in the heart of the Medoc region between the vineyards and the ocean.
