Quiet room (13m2), on the courtyard, in a house (1924) on Royan beach. On the first floor. The other two rooms, also on Airbnb, have sea views. 160cm bed. You only have to cross the street (bd GARNIER) to get to the big beach. Breakfast (very simple, basic coffee, tea, hot chocolate, brioche bread, butter, jam, orange juice) offered in the veranda with sea view (Cordouan lighthouse in the distance). Shared bathroom & WC. Close-by shops and restaurants.
