Loved staying here! The place was super clean and the views of downtown were amazing. It’s in a great spot — I could walk to pretty much everything I needed. My partner and I had an amazing time at Jeremy’s! It was our first time in Montreal and wanted to find a place that was affordable, near a metro station, and safe. Jeremy’s was exactly that! This basement unit kept us cool from the heat and had everything we need (e.g. kettle, pans, baking sheets, seasoning, toaster, etc.). We didn’t rent a car but there were lots of street parking available. The neighbourhood was beautiful. Lot’s of interesting houses to see and we felt very safe walking around at night! The suite is only about a 13 minute walk from the station which was perfect. Some things to note is that the stairs down to the unit can be quite steep if you have any mobility issues or if you’re carrying anything extremely heavy. That being said, we didn’t have any issues getting in or out. Jeremy was extremely kind, responsive, flexible and easy to work with. Thank you so Jeremy, see you next time when we are back in Montreal!😊

Perfect accommodation located close to a metro station, not far from an IGA store, very comfortable rental, nice little garden, space available for the vehicle. I highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at Minh’s place! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The space was perfect for our family, with plenty of room and thoughtful touches that made traveling with a family so much easier. The location was great, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Check-in was simple, and the host was responsive and kind throughout. We especially appreciated the small touches that were added such as towels, kitchen items, etc. I highly recommend this spot for families. I would stay here again!

Vincent did everything to make our stay comfortable. What a great place it was. In a beautiful quite area if you have a family and kids and want to be somewhere quite and comfortable 100%. This is the place !

Pierre-Michel has a lovely home. It was just what we needed for our family stay. Close enough to visit Montréal and then come relax outside of the city. The pool was a delight.

I loved how roomy this place felt, there’s plenty of space to spread out and relax. The balcony setup is a real highlight, with cozy chairs. My only issue was the bedding, which didn’t feel as fresh as the rest of the space, a deep clean or new linens would make it even better. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic spot I’d happily book again.

Everything was perfect! Very clean! The host really cares about our comfort. He immediately offered to open the heat pump when we hadn't even complained about the heat! It is possible to cross the bridge to Vieux St-Jean on foot where there are a variety of restaurants and activities to do. I highly recommend it!

I spent a wonderful weekend with my family in Montreal, and Eric's accommodation contributed to that wonderful weekend in Montreal, which was exactly as it was stated in the ad. In addition, Erik's very detailed instructions for every detail, from parking to entering the apartment, reduced our stress when arriving in an unfamiliar environment. I can highly recommend this place to any family that wants to have a nice place to stay during their stay in Montreal.
