Perfect and available host, functional and spacious accommodation!

The accommodation was perfectly suited to our family reunion. We enjoyed the decor and the charming garden, the little ones loved the animals. Friendly welcome, Barbara and Philippe are helpful, available and full of attention. We'll be happy to go back!

Perfect stay! The house is super beautifully done and tastefully decorated. The garden is a true oasis with incredible flowers and trees. It was the perfect spot for us to visit family and work from remotely. We travelled with our 3 month old and it was seamless.

Josiane was very hospitable and responsive. The house is warm, in a quiet and refurbished environment. Everything is very well equipped, tastefully decorated and little plus for the fireplace and garden to make a barbecue!

We had a great time. The house is spacious and the inner courtyard is even more beautiful than in the photos. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

Really beautiful house, beautiful, many options, dishes, Netflix, home cinema, games... ideal for spending time with family or friends. Gael is friendly and allowed us to check in and out outside the advertised times. Everything is perfectly clean. The bedding is impeccable, mattress a little hard for me but it's a matter of taste. Very pleasant stay at Astrid's place. Excellent welcome and very good communication upon our arrival and the following days. The decoration and layout of the accommodation is beautiful. There is even a private and free parking space in front of the accommodation, and in Saint-Étienne this is very rare! The towels left available were perhaps a little small. But all the rest of the listing's amenities were perfect.

Bénédicte was very responsive and warm in communication, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of the city, with free parking right next door – a real asset! The accommodation is tastefully decorated and very well equipped. A great place that I would highly recommend!

The apartment is well located, with a magnificent view of the Alps. We who came between the holidays left the fog to make way for the sun. The place is close to beautiful hikes to do. A nice place to clear your head.

A heavenly garden without any neighbors, with a superb swimming pool and different places to eat, rest, play... An ideal house for the summer period because its asset is really the outside. Nevertheless, the interior is spacious, charming, well arranged and very clean. Ideal for two families with children/teenagers. By car, 15 minutes from the Safari de Peaugres which is a beautiful outing and 5 minutes from Annonay and its many shops. A great place that we keep safe!

We had a great time at Sam's house, very well equipped, spacious and in a quiet environment. We took advantage of the swimming pool and outdoor amenities, barbecue, plancha... Everything was together to enjoy this week of relaxing with your family with little ones

A haven of peace, a house of exquisite taste, charming responsive hosts and rare kindness. Everything is perfect.

The accommodation is cozy and nicely decorated. We regret the absence of a sitting area in the living room, 2 narrow windows that let in little light and heat (in the inter-season it is a little cool but probably very good in the heatwave). For kitchen accessories, beware of the single hotplate that heats up too much. In the upstairs bedroom, low ceiling and protruding beam, watch your head when you get up, and only one bedside table. The garden is very pleasant and well-equipped with furniture including a very comfortable hammock! Catherine and Denis are very friendly and welcoming.

The listing is as described. It is well located with a beautiful view from the terrace. Clean, well-equipped... Everything is done for a great stay.
