Between Lyon and Saint-Etienne, at the foot of the Pilat, you can take beautiful walks or come for work. Remote working possible. The accommodation is independent on the ground floor with private entrance, 1 bedroom, 1 shower room + toilet, 1 equipped kitchen + dining area, 1 terrace. The pool and garden are shared with my family, we live on the 1st floor of the house. Restrictions for everyone's peace: no parties, no children, no pets, non-smoking accommodation.

This charming detached house, with a terrace and pool, is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Étienne, close to the Grandes Écoles, as well as the convention center. Fully equipped, it offers comfortable sleeping for 2x2 people. Whether you want to work individually or in a small team, this space is perfect for combining work and relaxation. For information, the stairs to the bedroom are a little steep. No festive events are allowed

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. A private room with a private bathroom in a family home. We have 2 little girls (4 years and 2 years). We live here so shared pool if we are there. The girls sleep upstairs and we have a second bedroom downstairs where we sleep. We are very welcoming. You have the sheltered summer kitchen available for you and the outdoors: terrace, petanque, trampoline… we are accommodating. Don't hesitate.

House located in a hamlet in the countryside between Monts du Forez and Gorges de la Loire, 20 minutes from Saint Etienne and Saint-Bonnet-Le-Château, about 1 hour from Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, 1 hour 15 minutes from Puy en Velay, come and rest, hike or mountain bike, many paths from the cottage. House adjoining the owners' house but independent with private garden area and barbecue, you can enjoy the pool in summer.
